MXL Force Metrology — MXL-12D engineering request checklist https://multiaxisloadcell.com/12-axis-force-sensors Contact: inquiry@multiaxisloadcell.com Reviewed: 2026-11-01 Request worksheet only. This is not a product datasheet, approved drawing, calibration record or confirmation of production availability. Define the requested physical quantities: 1. Force: Fx / Fy / Fz, ranges with N or kN, simultaneous load cases. 2. Moment: Mx / My / Mz, ranges with N·m and sensor reference origin. 3. Linear acceleration: ax / ay / az, ranges with m/s² or g, reference point and gravity/specific-force convention. 4. Angular acceleration: αx / αy / αz, ranges with rad/s², measured or estimated output, estimation/filtering method and delay. Angular rate in rad/s alone does not fulfill the angular-acceleration request. Define the system: - Sensor and inertial reference frames, alignment and any point offsets. - Useful bandwidth, output rate, filter/group delay and acceptance tolerance. - Maximum inter-stream skew, timestamps and trigger/clock requirements. - Tool mass, center of mass, inertia, trajectory and load/overload events. - Maximum envelope, mounting faces, cable path and environmental constraints. - Requested controller interface, OS, firmware and supported software files. - Calibration records and acceptance tests for the complete assembly. - Prototype/production quantity, delivery country and requested schedule. Quote as separate, configuration-specific deliverables: Mechanical assembly; force/torque transducer; inertial subsystem; synchronized acquisition and conversion; applicable calibration; software/integration; acceptance validation; approved drawing; price and delivery terms. Twelve measured components do not automatically establish accurate inertial compensation or a stable force-control loop. Four triaxial sensing points with twelve raw channels form a different measurement task from this force/torque and acceleration request.
